Baby Dippers are pleased to be working in association with the STA official baby and Toddler swimming programme. We are an accredited starfish swim school which enables us to progress through the STA awards

We teach your child core skills such as ways to enter the water, reaching and holding, turning and swimming back to the side.

Baby Dippers aim to make the babies first swimming experience fun. We use lots of colourful toys and songs throughout our lessons to ensure babies are relaxed in the water. Submersions are part of our lessons, however, this is used to contribute to the fun lesson and is always at the babies own pace.

All of our babies will work through the starfish swimming series and then progress onto the first steps course.

The programme has been designed especially for babies from birth and provides a clear and structured programme with six progressive levels. Parents and babies are given incentives along the way with colourful stickers and high quality woven badges to mark their achievements.

Our lessons are 30 minutes in duration and are in warm water pools.
